When should I expect to receive my subscription tickets by mail?

Subscription tickets for the 2008/2009 series are sent within three days of purchase after August 15. Patron tickets ordered after August 27 will be held at will call. All General Admission and Reserved subscription tickets have been mailed. If your tickets have not arrived, please contact us.

What does “will call” mean?

If your tickets are in will call, it means that they will be held for you to pick up at the door starting at 5:30 p.m. on event night from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall box office.

Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Where can I buy tickets in person?

All other tickets can be purchased from Portland Center for Performing Arts box office Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and through TicketMaster for an additional processing fee. Tickets are available on event nights at the hall’s box office, unless the lecture is sold out.

Who qualifies for a youth ticket?

Youth tickets are $5.00 each and available for people of high school age and younger with student I.D.
Buy youth tickets in person at the Portland Center for Performing Arts box office Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
