Karin joined the Literary Arts team in September 2021 as the Finance & HR Director.

Prior to Literary Arts, she served as the Finance & Operations Director at the Oregon & SW Washington affiliate of Susan G. Komen for six years. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for twenty-two years in finance, operations, human resources, and events management roles. Karin holds a BS degree in exercise physiology and nutrition from Oregon State University. She is enjoying her empty nest with her husband and their energetic puppy. Her mantra: life is better when you’re laughing.
