During this Delve seminar, we work towards creating the new ‘American lyric’: Thief of the Interior by Phillip B. Williams and Of Being Dispersed by Simone White.

Shayla Lawson is the author of A Speed Education in Human Being, PANTONE, & the forthcoming I Think I’m Ready to See Frank Ocean. A 2017 Oregon Literary & MacDowell Colony Fellow, she is a member of The Affrilachian Poets, and former visiting professor in the Creative Writing MFA Program at Mississippi University for Women.
