Online Teen Creative Writing Workshop: Free

Wed, April 8 from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm PDT

Free: pre-registration required

This 90-minute creative writing workshop is a laid-back session taught via Zoom that is open to high school students at all skills levels interested in writing. Students will be guided through fun, imaginative writing exercises and flex their creative muscles with plenty of time to chat with fellow writers. Limited to 20 students. All genres. Zoom meeting instructions to be emailed to students by instructor prior to class start.

Jules Ohman

WITS Program Specialist

Jules Ohman is a program specialist and writer for Literary Arts’ Writers in the Schools program. She co-founded the nonprofit Free Verse, which teaches creative writing in juvenile halls, and works as a grant writer. Jules writes novels, walks a lot, and lives with her partner in Portland. She earned her MFA in Fiction from the University of Montana.
