Literary Arts and OPB have partnered to bring some of world’s greatest thinkers to audiences across Oregon and around the world. The Archive Project is an audio retrospective of some of the most engaging talks from the world’s best writers and thinkers over the first 30 years of Literary Arts in Portland.We will feature archives on our site and OPB will broadcast select talks as a weekly program on OPB radio.

Tune in Wednesday, January 6 at 9:00 p.m. for the next episode of The Archive Project on OPB radio. This broadcast features Jon Krakauer in conversation with Barry Lopez. Hear these two prolific writers discuss their lives and work during their live event from the 2015 Wordstock festival, presented by Literary Arts.


During the month of January, The Archive Project on OPB radio features recoded events from the 2015 Wordstock festival. Tune in to hear conversations between Jon Krakauer and Barry Lopez on January 6, Stacy Schiff and Karen Karbo on January 13, Diana Nyad and Cheryl Strayed on January 20, and David Levithan, Michelle Tea, and William Ritter on January 27.
