Literary Arts and OPB have partnered to bring some of world’s greatest thinkers to audiences across Oregon and around the world. The Archive Project is an audio retrospective of some of the most engaging talks from the world’s best writers and thinkers over the first 30 years of Literary Arts in Portland.We will feature archives on our site and OPB will broadcast select talks as a weekly program on OPB radio.

Tune in Wednesday, May 11 at 9:00 p.m. for the next episode of The Archive Project on OPB radio. This broadcast features Phil Knight, founder and CEO of Nike Inc. During this rare public appearance for the release of his 2016 memoir, Shoe Dog, Phil Knight talks about his personal and professional life with Adam Gopnik, staff writers at The New Yorker.


During the month of May, The Archive Project features recordings from our 2015/2016 event season including Cristina Henríquez on May 4, Phil Knight on May 11, Rita Dove on May 18, and Mohsin Hamid on May 25.
