And a conversation about the Portland culinary scene with some of the city’s star chefs: Bonnie Morales from Kachka, Priscilla Umeda from Sur La Table Cooking Classes, and Chris Carriker from Bluehour Restaurant. Hosted by OPB’s Dave Miller.
