In his new book, The Dorito Effect: The Surprising New Truth About Food and Flavor, award-winning journalist Mark Schatzker exposes why and how the flavor of our food is changing and the agricultural revolution that could bring better health through better-tasting food. And a conversation about the Portland culinary scene with some of the city’s star chefs: Bonnie Morales from Kachka, Priscilla Umeda from Sur La Table Cooking Classes, and Chris Carriker from Bluehour Restaurant. Hosted by OPB’s Dave Miller.
