Every year, WITS hires writers to teach semester-long residencies at Portland high schools. At the end of each residency, WITS holds readings for each school in cafes and bookstores in their communities. At Roosevelt High School, students from Amy Ambrosio’s, Matt Boyer’s, and Mike Heisler’s classes worked with WITS writers Ramiza Koya and Mark Pomeroy.
All readings are free and open to the public; please join us in celebrating these young writers’ work!
