Alicia Jo Rabins is a writer, composer and performer. Her poetry book, Divinity School, was selected by C.D. Wright for the 2015 American Poetry Review/Honickman First Book Prize. Her poems have appeared in Ploughshares, Boston Review, Court Green, and 6×6. An internationally touring violinist and singer, Alicia holds a MFA in Poetry from Warren Wilson College and a MA in Jewish Studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary. She was born in Portland, grew up in Baltimore and New York City, and now lives in Portland with her husband and two young children.
