Photographer, artistic collaborator, and fine art printer Russell J. Young is motivated by his love of nature and the performing arts. His photographs have been exhibited in the Abbaye de Neumunster (Luxembourg), Maryhill Museum of Art (Goldendale, WA), Mingei International Museum of Art (San Diego, CA), Romanian Embassy (Sweden), and Sibiu International Theatre Festival (Romania). His books include In the Mist: Giving Voice to Silence, a collaboration with seven esteemed Oregon poets exploring the ethereal wonder of stillness, and Teatro de los Muertos, a collaboration with Milagro artistic director Olga Sanchez celebrating seven years of Day of the Dead theater. Russell’s commercial photography is represented by agencies in London, Stockholm, and Seattle.
