Bookmark Raffle TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Only 100 tickets will be sold. In order to qualify for raffle purchase, you must be inside the state of Oregon when completing your purchase (online or by phone). These regulations are established by the Department of Justice Charitable Gaming Statutes. Purchasing a raffle ticket when you are not currently inside Oregon puts us in violation of these laws, and your purchase will be voided and refunded.
- The winner need not be present at fundraiser to win. Drawing will be held at Bookmark on September 26, 2019.
- All federal state and local laws apply, and sale of raffle tickets is void where prohibited by law.
- Literary Arts is an Oregon non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, and all proceeds from the sale of the raffle tickets will benefit Literary Arts.
- Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible donations.
- Your raffle receipt will be mailed to you.
- Tickets are $100 each. You may buy more than one ticket depending on availability.
- Purchaser will be entered to win a pair of seats to the private dinner at Literary Arts featuring guest-of-honor, author AMOR TOWLES on Thursday evening, November the 14th.
- The Raffle ticket is not transferrable or assignable. Entrants may not sell, donate or otherwise transfer their ticket(s) to anyone. Prizes will not be issued to anyone other than the entrant(s) whose name is on the ticket stub.
- Ticket(s) may be paid for by check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, AMEX, or cash.
- Tickets may be purchased online OR from Literary Arts’ box office by calling 503.227.2583 x101 OR in person by visiting us at 925 SW Washington, Portland OR between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, Monday-Friday.
- Purchase and payment must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2019, while supplies last.
- Prize winners will be notified in person, or by phone, or by mail or by email.
