Draft a short story in four weeks. Classes combine generative writing to help cultivate ideas for plot and character with workshop feedback to assist in developing story arc, structure, and sensory details. By the end of the month, you will have completed the first draft of a short story and created a plan for revision. All levels.
Jeremy Townley’s work has appeared in Collier’s, Harvard Review, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Prairie Schooner, The Threepenny Review, and other magazines and journals. He has taught writing and literature at the University of Portland, Pacific University, and Gotham Writers’ Workshop.
