There’s an interesting article on the Millions web site by Charles D’Ambrosio about his favorite books of 2008, although the first one he mentions, Reality Hunger, doesn’t come out until next September. Is Charlie the first Oregon author to use the word chrestomathy in print? I think he might be. I had to look it up. The h is silent!
