Ari Honarvar is the founder of Rumi with a View, dedicated to building music and poetry bridges across war-torn borders. She conducts Resilience through Joy workshops on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border and in Europe. Her work has been featured in The Guardian, Washington Post, New York Times, and elsewhere. She is the author of Rumi’s Gift Oracle Cards and her award-winning novel, A Girl Called Rumi, weaves a tale of immigration, redemption, and the power of storytelling.
Our events, classes, and seminars bring the community together to hear, learn, and discuss the most compelling issues and ideas of our day. We hope you will join us in our community space and bookstore at 716 SE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR, online, and at partnering venues across Portland and Oregon.
