Lan Samantha Chang

Lan Samantha Chang is the author of The Family Chao. She has published two previous novels, All Is Forgotten, Nothing Is Lost and Inheritance, and a story collection, Hunger. Her work has appeared in The Best American Short Stories. Samantha lives in Iowa City, Iowa, where she is Director of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop at the University of Iowa.
