Incite: Queer Writers Read – September
Incite: Queer Writers Read is a curated, bimonthly reading series for Queer writers. Incite’s hope is to create conversation, connection, and greater understanding both within the Queer community and with other communities. Hosted by Vinnie Kinsella and Jennifer Perrine.
The theme for September’s event is “Balance.” Our featured readers are Caitlin Delohery, Ash Good, and Dustin Hendrick.

Caitlin Delohery
Caitlin Delohery is a writer and artist. Their work has been published in the anthology Indelible in the Hippocampus: Writings on the Me Too Movement (McSweeney's, 2019), and they have also been featured in Buckmxn Journal, Weird Sister, Lumina, Storyscape, and other journals. They're a two-time MacDowell Fellow (09, 19).

Ash Good
ash good is the author of us clumsy gods (What Books Press, 2022) & four previous poetry collections. They are cofounding editor of First Matter Press, a nonprofit writer collective based in Portland, OR. Their poetry has been nominated for Best of the Net & appears in Faultline, Cimarron Review, 45th Parallel, Chautauqua, Bird Coat Quarterly, Voicemail Poems & others.

Dustin Hendrick
Dustin Hendrick is the author of The Endless M, an autobiographical essay collection. In 2023 he was the recipient of an Oregon Literary Fellowship in fiction. He lives in Portland with his gigantic cat-daughter Alice and his husband Nate, a filmmaker with whom Dustin has recently co-directed his first short film, Out of View, based on his short story of the same name. His sun sign is Libra, which makes him sound too nice. He is currently at work on the dreaded novel.
