Gustavo (Tavo) Cruz

Gustavo (Tavo) Cruz is a business lawyer and partner at Hathaway Larson LLP, with experience including commercial and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters for financial institutions, companies, and individuals. He is also active in the local nonprofit community, and among other positions, he currently serves as the Board Chair for Prosper Portland, the economic development agency for the City of Portland.  Tavo is a lifelong Portlander, and a graduate of Lincoln High School, the University of Oregon, and Lewis and Clark Law School.  On the weekends, he can be found walking his corgi dog “Jefe” in Northwest Portland.
