Frances Fragela Rivera, born and raised in Puerto Rico, is the Marketing Coordinator at Literary Arts and handles digital and social media communication. Frances has a Master’s Degree in Book Publishing from Portland State University. When she is not at work you can find her at the bookstore, thrifting, buying ridiculous amounts of yarn for her unfinished crochet projects or sampling all the amazing food PDX has to offer.
