Portland Book Festival Cover to Cover
Grab a friend, and make space on your bookshelf for PBF Cover to Cover, taking place in bars, coffee shops, restaurants, venues, parks, and more spaces throughout Portland metro.
Portland Book Festival Cover to Cover events will return November 2-8, 2026!
To apply to the 2025 Cover to Cover Event Program, please read the following information and complete the application in full.
- Cover to Cover (C2C) events are scheduled between Monday, November 2 to Sunday, November 8, 2026.
- Events may not take place during the Portland Book Festival’s hours of operation: Saturday, November 7 between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- We do not permit, and will not accept, fundraising events. Also, soliciting donations at the event is prohibited.
- If accepted, Literary Arts will advertise the C2C events on social media, printed programs, and the PBF website as an official part of the PBF program.
- In addition, all events will be required to feature provided PBF and/or PBF C2C logos or marks on all promotional and marketing platforms, share information and how to attend with their audience, and distribute/display other possible PBF communications (posters, postcards, C2C program materials, etc.)
- C2C Partners must read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
