When you visit our website or call our Box Office, you will be invited to provide personal information in order to sign up for some of our services, such as our e-newsletter and our mailing list. You may also purchase tickets, register for classes and make a donation to Literary Arts, at which time you will be asked for your credit card number and expiration date.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in a variety of ways including but not limited to processing your transaction, improve our website and send periodic emails and mailings. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional Literary Arts news, updates, and other related information. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information that are in line with the industry standard security measures.

We story a limited number of cookies to keep track of cart data. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
Third Parties
Literary Arts does not sell or rent credit card information, individual names, postal and email addresses. We do occasionally share postal mailing lists with other nonprofit arts organizations through a third party vendor. To opt out of receiving third party mailings please contact us.
In addition, we may employ trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and database, conducting our business, processing financial transactions and ticket sales, and otherwise servicing our supporters and members. These parties have agreed to keep this information confidential.
