Jim Meehan

Jim Meehan’s hospitality career spans twenty-five years from Madison, Wisconsin to New York City to Portland, Oregon where he partnered with Submarine Hospitality on a restaurant for Snow Peak called Takibi. Best known for his work at PDT in New York City and a second branch in Hong Kong a decade later, Meehan is the exclusive mixologist for American Express's Centurion airport lounges and a co-founder of Banks Rums. After editing Food & Wine Cocktails and Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide; Jim authored his own books—The PDT Cocktail Book and Meehan’s Bartender Manual—which remain industry favorites worldwide.
