Ashley K. Stoyanov Ojeda is a Latina business and thought leadership strategist, author, speaker, and community builder whose work centers entrepreneurship, leadership development, and sustainable growth for underrepresented communities. She is the co-author of The Book of Awesome Latinas and the author of Jefa in Training, a highly respected step-by-step guide to building a business for Latina entrepreneurs that led to the creation of a vibrant Latina entrepreneurship community.

With more than a decade of experience across tech, nonprofit, media, and creative sectors, Ashley is a trusted business advisor to organizations supporting women and underrepresented entrepreneurs and leaders. She regularly designs and delivers workshops, trainings, and curricula focused on business development, visibility, and long-term strategy.
