Judge, Oregon Court of Appeal
Ramón Pagán is a Judge of Oregon Court of Appeal. Ramón was born in the Bronx, New York, and was raised outside New York City. His family migrated from Puerto Rico to New York in the 1940s. Ramon studied history at Arizona State University and received his juris doctorate from Fordham University. Ramón and his wife Sandra moved to Oregon in 2011. He has served on the Advisory Council for Writers in the Schools, has judged and participated in Verselandia!, and has been a board member since 2017.
