Build Your Picture Book Portfolio

July 18 - September 5, 2024, Thursdays, 5:00-7:00 p.m. (eight sessions)

$425

Ideal for those who have completed “From Idea to Manuscript” or have a foundational understanding of picture book creation.

Take your picture book projects to the next level. This class will help you refine, revise, and curate your best work. Through collaborative workshops and structured deadlines, you’ll finalize your manuscripts, making them ready for submission to agents, editors, or self-publishing. Join us to polish your stories and create a standout portfolio that showcases your unique voice and talent.

Please note: this course is focused on writers and is not an illustration-based course, though author-illustrators are welcome.

Access Program
We want our writing classes and Delves to be accessible to everyone, regardless of income and background. We understand that our tuition structure can present obstacles for some people. Our Access Program offers writing class and Delve tuitions at a reduced rate. Most writing classes have at least one access spot available.

Please apply here for access rate tuition. Contact Susan Moore at susan@literary-arts.org if you have questions.
