Writing the Non-Fiction Book Proposal
$75
You have a great idea—but is it ready to become a book? In this three hour interactive workshop, you’ll refine your nonfiction concept and clarify what your book is really about, who it’s for, and how it stands out. Whether you’re writing a memoir, self-help, personal growth, or thought leadership book, this session will help you focus your purpose and shape your message. Through guided exercises and discussion, you’ll develop a working book hook, define your audience, and identify the transformation or takeaway your reader will gain. Leave with a clearer direction and renewed motivation to begin (or reimagine) your project.
Access Program
We want our writing classes and seminars to be accessible to everyone, regardless of income and background. We understand that our tuition structure can present obstacles for some people. Our Access Program offers writing class and seminar tuitions at a reduced rate. Most writing classes have at least one access spot available.
Please apply here for access rate tuition. Contact Susan Moore at susan@literary-arts.org if you have questions.
Liaison position
Every in-person class and seminar at Literary Arts has one liaison position. Liaisons perform specific duties for each class meeting. If you are a liaison for a class or seminar, the full amount of your tuition is covered by Literary Arts.
