To Love

Sometimes I wonder do you make me the way I am?
Or do I make you the way you are?
Sometimes I imagine how my life would be
if you weren’t in it.
But then it’s kind of scary because I couldn’t imagine
having someone else in my life.
Thinking back to the day when you used to be mine,
man, sometimes I just want to cry.
But not just any cry, a cry from how you stole my heart with
your gratitude and then broke it with your sadness.
