Adam Gopnik is widely known as one of the most winning and wide-ranging of The New Yorker critics and essayists, and as the author of the best-selling Paris to the Moon, as well as Through the Children’s Gate, and most recently The Table Comes First, which will be coming to Broadway as a musical in 2017. Gopnik’s reputation has only grown with his blogging, podcasts, and performances for the MOTH, where he will soon star in a one-man show called Through the Gates, incorporating stories from Through the Children’s Gate and At the Stranger’s Gate. He is also a frequently sought-out speaker who sells books wherever he goes.
