Dead Poets Society: Open Mic

Tue, April 7 from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm PDT

The Literary Arts Bookstore & Cafe cordially invites you to the first annual meeting of the Dead Poets Society, an open mic for dead people and their enthusiasts.

This National Poetry Month, we’re celebrating the voices of poets from the past. Join us to celebrate the work of your favorite dead poet by sharing it with a crowd—or sit quietly and soak up the vibes.

This is an open mic like any other, except we are asking you to read someone else’s work. (Dead poets only) Original pieces and work by living artists will be turned away. Sign-ups start at 5:30 p.m. Space is limited.

This event is free and open to the public.
