Literary Arts’ 30th Birthday featuring Elizabeth Gilbert & Calvin Trillin

Literary Arts is turning 30! Help us celebrate on September 8, 2014 with a unique special event featuring Elizabeth Gilbert, Calvin Trillin, and additional guests.

Portland Arts & Lectures fan favorite Elizabeth Gilbert is the author of the international bestseller Eat Pray Love and The Signature of All Things which O Magazine calls “the novel of a lifetime.”

Calvin Trillin was the first-ever Portland Arts & Lectures speaker on October 24, 1984. Over his illustrious, award-winning career he has written for The New Yorker, TIME, and The Nation, among other notable publications.

Be a part of this milestone celebration! The first 800 ticket buyers will receive a free signed copy of Gilbert’s The Signature of All Things on the night of the lecture.

Tickets start at $15, on sale now at Portland5.com
