Volunteers are needed to assist at @Literary Arts events at our downtown center. Volunteers gain practical, hands-on experience in event production, non-profit arts administration, writing for social media – not to mention our undying gratitude!
@Literary Arts events are free literary events at our downtown literary center at 925 SW Washington, often produced in collaboration with other organizations. This fall, we are partnering with Unchaste Readers, PDX Jazz Festival, Los Portenos, Liars’ League and others to present readings, panel discussions and other literary events.
Volunteers are especially needed for the following dates, from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m.:
Wednesday, September 21st
Thursday, September 29th
Wednesday, October 19th
Wednesday, October 26th
Tuesday, November 1st
Friday, November 11th
Monday, December 5th
If you are interested in volunteering, please email Susan Moore at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ideally volunteers will be able to work at more than one event this fall.
