Literary Arts seeks an intern to assist with administrative duties at our downtown center. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
POSITION: Oregon Book Awards & Fellowships Intern
DURATION: The internship would start no later than June 20, 2023, and last through August 2023, 6-8 hours a week. The internship would take place during regular business hours at Literary Arts at 925 SW Washington. This is an in-person internship.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process Oregon Literary Fellowship applications
• Process Oregon Book Awards entries
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have a demonstrated interest in learning more about the nonprofit arts sector, exceptional attention to detail, and some experience with data entry.
COMPENSATION: This internship includes a stipend of $1,000, awarded at the end of the internship.
