Carl Adamshick and Jessica Johnson will be reading at Literary Arts on Sunday, November 16 at 7:00 p.m.
Carl Adamshick is the author of Curses, which won the 2013 Oregon Book Award for poetry. He was awarded an Oregon Literary Fellowship in 2000. His poems and essays have appeared in Narrative, American Poetry Review, Tin House, The Harvard Review, and can currently be seen on Trimet buses and benches around Portland as part of Poetry in Motion. Carl is also the editor and publisher of Tavern Books. His latest book is Saint Friend.
Jessica Johnson is a 2010 Oregon Literary Fellowship recipient in poetry and author of In Absolutes We Seek Each Other, the winner of the 2014 Diagram/New Michigan Press chapbook contest.
