Books by Oregon authors with an original publication date between September 1, 2017 and August 31, 2018 were eligible. For the drama award, scripts by Oregon authors that were published or had their first public performance or public reading between August 1, 2016 and August 31, 2018 were eligible. The finalists will be announced on January 22, 2019.
