Bigfoot Regional Poetry Slam (Prelims)

The first in a two-night series for the Bigfoot Poetry Festival, this event features poets from all over the Pacific Northwest (and beyond!) who will engage in a battle of words for the enjoyment of an audience. Teams of poets will compete with their spoken word at Literary Arts—the first bout starting at 5:00pm, and the next bout starting at 7:00pm—on both the nights of June 13th and 14th. (Different sets of teams will compete simultaneously at Powell’s City of Books.)
The rankings of these preliminary poetry slams will determine who moves forward to the big Finals Stage event on Saturday, June 15th. These preliminaries are FREE EVENTS—we would love to see you there!
