Carl Adamshick is the author of Curses, which won the 2013 Oregon Book Award for poetry. He was awarded an Oregon Literary Fellowship in 2000. His poems and essays have appeared in Narrative, American Poetry Review, Tin House, The Harvard Review, and his work can currently be seen on Trimet buses and benches around Portland as part of Poetry in Motion. Carl is also the editor and publisher of Tavern Books. His latest book is Saint Friend. Carl will be teaching a poetry workshop at Literary Arts this winter.
Jessica Johnson is a 2010 Oregon Literary Fellowship recipient in poetry and author of In Absolutes We Seek Each Other, the winner of the 2014 Diagram/New Michigan Press chapbook contest.
